66 Motel neon sign fundraiser video – Needles CA

This is a video I shot to help raise donations to once again relight the historic 66 Motel sign – which has not been lit in over 15 years!

Although we fell JUST SHY of our goal – I was able to scrape together a few extra dollars to get the sign completed.

Philips 66 Gas Station Restoration – Tucumcari NM

This is a video shot of a group of us doing restoration work at a Phillips 66 gas station in Tucumcari NMon Route 66.

It was a very hot day out and we had a great group of folks who put up with the heat to complete all the painting.
This is actually gas station number 6 out of 9 they have completed in Tucumcari.

Ignite Phoenix #10 – Route 66? Why not just take the interstate??

This is a video shot of me giving a presentation in front of a sold out crowd of 900 attendees at the Scottsdale Performing Arts Building about Route 66.

I simply wanted to get the point across ‘Route 66 is still there – get out and drive it!’

I believe it worked! The audience was engaged – they responded well – and afterwards many of them came up to me thanking me, asking questions about the Route, and telling me their travel stories.
